HarvestNet is thrilled to announce that Jim Ehrman has been appointed as our School of Ministry Director. Jim has traveled the nations doing leadership development within YWAM and numerous church networks—a journey which eventually led him to help launch a YWAM base in the shadows of Yale University.  Jim later led a research center at Yale Divinity School which focused on the explosive growth of global Christianity and its implications for the West.  He then became the Vice President and Dean of Evangelical Seminary, as well as its professor of Culture and Leadership.  Recently he was also appointed the Executive Pastor of Advancement at Ephrata Community Church with an emphasis on leadership training and multiplication—a perfect fit for the goals of the HarvestNet School of Ministry and its partnership with local churches. Jim has been a much-loved instructor in HSM for several years. He and his wife, Rachel, live in Lebanon (the county).
